Stacy is trying to make a deal to buy a lot for her and her husband, so they can build a house together. Unfortunately the lot she likes is too big and she is trying to make a deal to cut it into smaller parts, so she can buy just one part. She picked a part she likes the most and thinks it would be a perfect spot for a house and big enough, too. But the seller is not as eager to go through all the paperwork or even sell in parts. He gives her an option, though…if she pleases him and does a good job, he is willing to reconsider.
